From inquiry to last pour, we make booking your bartender simple and stress-free.
Inquiry & Estimate
Fill out our event inquiry form with your details. Within 24 hours, you’ll receive a personalized estimate via Square. Once you approve it, we’ll send your invoice and contract for review.
Secure Your Date & Plan Your Menu
After your deposit is received, we’ll schedule a call to go over your event details and curate your personalized drink menu. Once finalized, we’ll send you a detailed shopping list tailored to your selections.
Full-Service Event Day
We stay in full communication leading up to your event, so you’re always in the loop. On event day, our licensed bartenders arrive 30–60 minutes early for setup, keep drinks flowing, and handle clean-up. You can simply enjoy the celebration.
